General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

By using the above offer, the recipient acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions. Use of the offer includes, for example, contacting us or the property owner regarding the offered property.

Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. Errors and prior sale are reserved. Property-related information is based on details provided by the seller. Location-related information is based on expert data or similar sources and does not constitute any guarantee regarding the actual value or potential value increase. Errors excepted.

The disclosure of the property address is made with explicit reference to our commission claim in the event of purchase. The brokerage commission for purchase/sale is 3.57% (incl. VAT) of the notarized purchase price and is earned upon signing the contract.

If a transaction different from the originally intended one is concluded between the interested party and the owner of the offered property (or their legal successor), or if the recipient acquires one of the proven properties through foreclosure auction, the above-mentioned commission shall also be payable.

If a property presented by us is already known to an interested party, this must be communicated to us within 5 days, including proof. Otherwise, our activity shall be deemed causal for the conclusion of the contract.

Our information and documents are intended solely for the personal use of the recipient.

As real estate agents, we are fully entitled to act on behalf of the other party to the contract as well.

The real estate agent assumes no liability for the creditworthiness of the contracting party we have brokered.

Place of performance and jurisdiction is Memmingen. German law shall apply to the contractual relationship.

Should one or more provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. If these GTC are not part of the contract or are invalid, the statutory provisions shall apply.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
