1. By using the above offer, the recipient acknowledges the following conditions. The use of the offer applies, for example, to contacting us or the owner about the offered property.

2. Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. Errors and prior sale are reserved. The property-related information is based on the information provided by the seller. Location-specific information is based on specialist information or the like. and give no guarantee for the actual value and appreciation situation. Errors are reserved.

3. The announcement of the property address takes place with an explicit reference to our commission claim in the case of the purchase. The broker's commission for buying / selling is 3.57% incl. VAT from the notarized purchase price and is earned with the signing of the contract.

4. If there is a transaction other than the originally envisaged between the interested party and the owner of the offered object - or his legal successor - or if the recipient acquires one of the proven objects through a foreclosure auction, the aforementioned commissions are also to be paid.

5. If an interested party is already aware of an object proven by us, he must notify us of this within 5 days by enclosing proof. If this does not happen, he recognizes our further work as the cause of the termination.

6. Our information and documents are only intended for the recipient personally.

7. As a real estate agent, we are unrestrictedly entitled to work for the other party to the contract.

8. The real estate agent is not liable for the creditworthiness of the mediated contracting party.

9. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Memmingen. German law is applicable to the contractual relationship.

10. This website, our brochures, flyers and exposés are for information purposes and do not constitute a contractual offer. All information is based on information provided by the owner. No liability is accepted for correctness and completeness. We reserve the right to make changes. We assume no liability for the correctness of photos, representations and dimensions, but we strive for maximum correctness and accuracy.

11. The interested party hereby expressly agrees to be contacted by phone or email for the purpose of advice and information about real estate offers. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.

12. Every RE / MAX franchisee or RE / MAX licensee is a legally independent company.

13. Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or enforceable, or should subsequently become, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. If these terms and conditions are not part of the contract or are ineffective, the statutory provisions apply.

Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day the contract is concluded.
